Information for Candidates

Our service to candidates walks hand in hand with our service to clients, just as we wouldn’t send a candidate to a client that we know isn’t right, we will never send you to an interview with an agency just to try and “turn a fee”. As a family run business we don’t work to targets for interviews per week, candidates out at interview etc. All we care about is matching the right candidate with the right company and placing you somewhere where you will be happy and have all the support you need to perform in your role.

What do we need from you?

We’re good at what we do here but we are not magicians, we have a large pool of clients in many sectors but it’s up to you to let us know exactly what you’re looking for. We spend a considerable amount of time finding the right client for our candidates and in return we expect an honest and candid attitude from you. If a company doesn’t sound like the right fit for you then tell us and tell us why, if you can’t make an interview that we have arranged for you just let us know. We must know that your search is serious and expect you to make time for a lengthy telephone interview with ourselves as well as a face to face interview, if face to face just isn’t logistically possible we can arrange a formal meeting online via Skype.

What do we provide in return?

In return for your commitment you will receive an unrivalled service from us. We will support you in your job search from start to finish. Just as you are honest with us, we will return this honesty, if we feel like you need some extra interview prep or something adding to your CV then we will tell you and help you with this, if we feel you just aren’t the right fit for the clients we are working with at the time we will research different businesses and find a solution.
